The spotlight is on Dunlop Homes site manager Paul Hanna following his recent 'Pride in the Job' NHBC Award for our new residential development, Carleton Bridge Mews, Newtownards.
Kellie Armstrong, Alliance Housing spokesperson, Councillor Patricia Morgan and NHBC Regional Director Padraig Venney visited award-winner Paul to discuss his achievements at the Pride in the Job Awards and how Dunlop Homes's focus on energy efficiency can create substantial cost savings for purchasers.
Paul and our team were congratulated on their attention to detail and investment in solar power and for preparing for future energy efficiency requirements, such as pre-wired EV connections for electric cars.
The visit was facilitated by Padraig Venney, NHBC Regional Director for Northern Ireland, who said: “Congratulations to Paul for being a Pride in the Job 2023 Quality Award winner for his work at Carleton Bridge Mews. Judging for the Awards is rigorous, and for more than 40 years, Pride in the Job has been an important part of NHBC’s work to help drive construction quality and raise standards in house building. By recognising Paul as a Quality Award Winner, we’re celebrating his vital role in ensuring new homes are delivered on time, on safe sites and to exacting construction quality standards.”
