Assembly Candidates support 12m housing project at The Mill Village

The Mill Village

Michelle McIlveen, Philip Smith & Kellie Armstrong visited the 60-home Dunlop Development at The Mill Village last week.

Speaking after the visit, Dunlop Homes Managing Director David Dunlop added:

"As well as addressing housing need, the development also has massive economic benefits. With a workforce including self-employed contractors drawn from the Ards and North Down area, and a total sale price of around 12m, the scheme represents a significant investment in Strangford".

The development comprises two, three & four bedroom townhouses, detached & semi-detached houses- along with a few apartments.

The first phase of the development has already seen homes handed over.
